Does it really matter where you are?
Hi !
It's been quite a long time since I reached out to you in the form of a newsletter.
I spent the last several months on a spiritual and consciousness growth spurt and also transitioning to Costa Rica.
This process included saying goodbye to a lot of people and letting them know my absence of any kind of long-term plan after I relocate, only trusting the is the place I want to be and for my son's well-being.
Of course people expressed their
opinion(s) in one way or another and I received quite a few comments about Costa Rica being a "third world country".
What do you think?
Have you ever been to the land energized
by the slogan, "Pura Vida"?
What is your definition of a "third world country"?
What's your definition of a "first world country"?
Is it possible that some places are first world with some things:
on time two-day shipping
many choices for goods and
services
strong cell phone coverage and paved roads almost everywhere you go...
and third world with others:
high amounts of processed and chemically tainted foods
societal programming to make enough money in order to consume enough products
challenging health care system, financially and structurally?
For me, first world equates to being around genuinely happier people, healthier food options, and surrounded by nature.
While you do not need to pack up your life and head for the tropics, environment does for sure help, because surrounding yourself in nature fills your being with the highest
frequency and resets your nervous system.
But ultimately, how you choose to view and experience life depends on you.
As difficult as it might be, it is possible to have a sour attitude on the beach.
It is clearly possible to have access to so many material goods and choices to consume and experience suffering as well...there might be an argument that it actually correlates to that.
You can live in "third world"
energy and health, no matter where you are on this planet.
It is clear that relying on objects, other people, or anything outside of you to fill up your cup, only leads to giving away your power.
The good news is you can live in "first world" energy if you choose.
It is really amazing:
how your mentality shifts when you take 100%
responsibility for your life, no matter what your circumstance and location on the planet is.
how your physical energy shifts when you focus on what you put in and on your body and what you consume digitally.
what happens when you start letting go more and more what you believe other people may be thinking about you.
what happens when you prioritize your mental health, the same as you would your physical or financial health.
what happens when you decide to chip away at those old programs that led to your false-self running the show of your life, no matter what success you had in the past.
You live in a first world energy- free, powerful, and
limitless, no matter where you are in the world...
which always leads to better quality of relationships, health, and abundance.
As always, I am here for you.
Until next time...
