Taking FULL Responsibility

A couple weeks ago I sent out a newsletter about the first and second steps toward your evolution.
After taking the first step- being willing to face your discomfort and be brave enough to commit to evolving,
and then the second step- building
consciousness and awareness, which starts with taking FULL responsibility for your life,
comes the third step, which is getting down to the root causes of what holds you back from believing and operating like the limitless badass you are meant to
be.
This is the most challenging step and requires a tremendous amount of courage.
The root causes must be realized
and accepted in order to be cleared and release.
The reason for that is because all of the adverse experiences in your life, especially those from your childhood, led to your belief system.
Some examples might be:
doubting your abilities and having
impostor syndrome
negative self-talk and thought (passive aggressive jokes count also)
difficulties in how you communicate with others,
especially partners and children (speaking from heightened emotions).
impatience
the need to control others and situations
blaming
others
never feeling as if you have enough and/or that you are enough
self-destructive behaviors and habits
judgement of others, especially yourself
stubbornness in making changes to your life, even when you know something can benefit you.
The root causes that stem from your adverse experiences in life always lead to fear.
Fear is what holds you back from living with a more powerful belief system and true confidence (as opposed to arrogance).
Not identifying and addressing your root issues and really scraping them out in a healthy way will always lead you to more suffering and can come out in many ways, but especially:
difficulties in relationships, intimate, social, and professional
physical ailments and illnesses and reoccurring injuries that can also take longer to recover from.
difficulties with work, school, making
good decisions and overall concentration
What you resist will persist.
There is no hiding from your root issues.
You have better luck running away from your shadow.
They show up in the ugliest of ways if you don't come face-to-face with them and yourself.
There is hope, however, when you commit to starting the work and take FULL responsibility for your life, including any relationship dynamics you are a part of.
When you add in awareness of yourself and the deeply-seeded reasons that led
to all your choices in life, you heal and become more powerful.
You start to see more clearly in the moment when your ego is running the show and gain tools to shift into operating from your essence instead.
When you are able to do that,
you love yourself
more and on a deep, deep level.
Your relationships become more fulfilling, especially the most intimate ones.
You become aligned with your purpose in this lifetime and connect with those who are going to help you accomplish it.
You become
limitless.
This is the Way.
