Deep talks at the produce aisle

I hope you had
a great weekend and, as one of my brilliant practitioners says to me, "Merry all the things".
I dropped by the grocery store to replenish some items the day after Christmas and chatted with one of the workers and asked him how his weekend was, in which he
automatically replied, "I can't complain."
I quickly told him, "Yes you can".
He looked at me and said, "You know what, you're right".
You can always complain about anything in your life...it's completely your choice.
No matter how many great things people have, many people choose to complain about what they don't have or what someone else is doing that they don't like.
It's understandable and very human to do so.
Maybe you experience that?
When something you want doesn't happen, or happen the way you want it to, or as quickly as you want, it's natural for you to feel upset and complain about it.
Complaining becomes so ingrained in every day life that it becomes normalized.
Maybe you experience that within yourself or see it in others?
You tend to complain when you aren't fully rooted in your power.
Your power is the feeling of fulfillment.
When you are anchored in your power, the feeling of fulfillment stays more constant than not, no matter what is happening in your external world:
how much money you have or make
what your romantic life looks like
what you look like that you cannot change with effort
what people are doing or saying
It is more than possible to change your
outlook and it starts with building up your body, your mind, your spirit...the things you can control.
The choice is always up to you- just like it is your choice to complain.
However, when you devote yourself to enhancing yourself on
the body, mind, & spirit levels, you feel less or no need to complain anymore.
Your energy rises.
Your frequency rises.
Just as an antenna, you automatically send out powerful messages into the universe, which are received and answered to you- aka, manifesting.
When that
happens, you are able to more easily live the life you want and desire, leading to:
more money
more and better sex and
relationships
a healthier, more energetic, and more attractive body
so much more.
It all starts with your intention to up-level, and the New Year is the perfect time to do it.
This is beyond a typical resolution...it's life-changing...forever.
