Skyrocket your body's
look and feel
Hi
!
As a whole, our society in the United States is unhealthy.
Many people go on believing they're healthy, while still doing things to their bodies that they know are not healthy.
If this Covid experience showed the US and the world
anything, it is that going around doing the same thing to our bodies will only lead to further dis-ease and of course death.
There's so much access to toxicity in this world:
- so much of the food you might eat has chemicals and toxins in it, especially if you eat outside of your house.
- even the food from the grocery store can be toxic, depending what you buy of course.
- many people drink toxicity, such as alcohol (I definitely did)
- car exhaust and other fumes you don't ask for
- even household cleaning supplies such as
soap, shampoo, disinfectants, etc.
Oh, there's more of course, but I don't want to bombard you further.
Toxicity has a
cumulative effect on you.
Add stress and unresolved emotional issues and slowly over time you can have the perfect storm to shock your body into major issues.
It's extremely important to take care of your body and to maximize your health, especially as you age.
Even if you believe you're "healthy", there's likely another level you can go to in order to look and feel better...to maximize your body.
The good news is, you can start making big leaps forward in health with small steps!!
I go over this and much more in my new program, A Fulfilled Man (WOMEN ARE WELCOME AS WELL)!

I was one of those
people who felt I was healthy until my body told me differently.
So, I decided to listen to it and take matters into my own hands.
Now, my body is more energetic than I have been throughout my adult life.
I weigh less than I did when I was in high school, when I was playing soccer almost
every day.
Today, I play once a week and literally against some players who are half my age...I believe I keep up with them pretty well (not sure if my teammates do :-)
Here's a brief rundown of what I do:
- Intermittent fasting (12-16 hours in between dinner and my next meal...women shouldn't do more than 12 hours).
- I play indoor soccer to get my heart rate up (a more yang activity).
- I lift light weights at least 2-3 times per week,
prioritizing my core, then legs, then upper body (a more yin activity).
- I mix up exercises other days- yoga, hiking, etc .
- I stopped drinking alcohol (my body kept telling me to and finally I listened).
- I stay away from cane sugar and foods with dyes.
- I rarely eat out of the house.
- I don't consume dairy.
- I read labels on foods and household supplies and don't buy anything that
has ingredients that my nine year-old has trouble reading.
- I focus on consuming whole foods as much as possible.
- I am discipline with practices for my mental and emotional health, focusing a lot on self-love and a judgement free life.
There's much more detail and a few more things I do, which I go over in my program, A
Fulfilled Man.
The results in my body, internally and externally, and health are incredible.
I set the intention to be as healthy as possible so I live as long as I can in order to be with my family and also be physically active without pain as long as I can.
Now, I want to share all this
with you!!
What's your intention to be healthy, especially as you age?
