You are always in control
Hi !
If you're reading this, congratulations!
You might have experienced some intense emotions over the last week or two, and you made it!
A couple weeks ago I wrote to you about how to use the energy of the spring and mentioned you can be in this season in a peaceful state and being comfortable with infinite possibilities
OR
in a state of chaos.
You slip into chaos when you put more of your thought energy into the things that can go wrong in certain aspects of your life...or all of them.
This only holds you back from fully flourishing in all areas of life.
Just remember- you hold yourself back...nobody else does.
You are completely responsible for your experience...nobody else is.
You are in control.
When you feel as if you're not in control, you can remember the fact that you are completely responsible for your experience.
It can be hard to do, especially in the moment.
A great trick to do this is to set an intention to tune into your body a few times a day.
Where do you feel tightness or discomfort?
Your jaws, neck, shoulders, hips?
That's a message from your body that you are spending time operating from your false self, or your unconscious ego.
If that sounds like that isn't helpful for you, it's because you're correct...it doesn't.
Your unconscious ego always leads your life down a path of fear and has a sneaky way of doing it.
Fear leads to your suffering.
But, there is an antidote---> stop what you're doing and focus on your breath.
Take deep breaths that start and end in your belly.
Don't breathe up to your chest directly, the way that many of us do.
Inflate your belly in all directions, including your back and continue the breath up through the upper lungs and upper chest and feel your shoulders rise.
Then breathe out in reverse until your belly is completely empty of air.
Then tell yourself something like, "return".
Focus on returning to your heart.
Try to progress to breathing in for seven seconds and out for seven seconds for one minute.
Repeat throughout your day as needed.
That's a great and quick "hack".
To be able to really let go of control, it takes doing the deep work and identifying your belief system that your false self has convinced you is true.
When you do that, it's amazing how often you feel free and energized with whatever life throws at you.
You feel powerful and limitless!
You can imagine when you feel that way more often than not, you find abundance in all that you do.
You find joy, love, and success!!
That sounds great I'm sure and it's important to realize when a higher version of yourself wants to grow and expand...
your false self will try to cling on and tell you that you can't.
It will tell you:
that you can't afford it
you don't have the time for it
you don't believe you can do it
etc.
The simple awareness of knowing your false self (sometimes even friends) will always try to hold you back can help you break free.
If you need help in pushing past your false self or are ready to up-level and shed your old belief system and live as you were meant to be, let me know.
I'm very excited to share with you that I'm working on a couple new programs I'm launching over the next couple weeks:
One for men and one for teenage soccer players.
I'll send out info soon.
Until then, remember that you are fully responsible for your experience in life!!
Much love and Pura Vida!
