The very simple formula...
Hi again !
Thanksgiving is one of my favorite, if not my very favorite holidays.
It's a day where we're supposed to focus on all that we're grateful for in life.
We give thanks!
Now, ironically the very next day many people then quickly transition into focusing on what they and their loved ones lack in life by starting their holiday shopping.
Focusing energy on what you don't have in life is an all too common habit many people have.
It creates a MASSIVE energy leak within your soul and can even manifest into physical dis-ease.
We can have those leaks in relationships, professions, physical objects, most dangerously- in your belief system (a.k.a your thoughts), and more.
As you can imagine, when you have something draining energy, it leaves you wilted, similarly to a flower that lacks water.
Parts of your body literally droop...your light bulb that is your spirit shines dimly.
It is difficult to consciously create what you want because a portion of your energy is negatively fixated on what you feel you don't have.
Have you ever experienced that?
You very likely have...just like everyone else in this world.
I find it helpful when I'm feeling a bit down is to take an inventory of possible energy leaks in my life...not to dwell on them but to make note.
Then do something about some of them.
Sometimes it can be as simple as finishing a task you've procrastinating doing- fixing something, moving furniture around, purging old belongings, etc.
Sometimes it can be more emotionally challenging such as having a radically honest conversation with someone.
When you start to do those things, your energy starts to build back up and can do so very quickly.
Then it's much easier to shift into the most important aspect of manifesting- Feeling GRATITUDE!
When you're thankful for what and who you have in your life, that dimly lit bulb I mentioned above starts to shine more brightly.
Your frequency is beaming!
That's when you're able to more easily create what you want in your life!
Another tip to helping that out is to sit quietly, breathe deeply for 5-20 minutes (meditate) and then sit with your hands over your heart and take inventory of the people and things you are grateful for- past, present or future.
You can do this on Thanksgiving, which is great, but if you do this on a daily basis, you will shine brightly- looking, feeling better, and of course having more abundance in your life.
I'd love to hear how that goes for you!
Much love and Pura Vida!
